Weekly Word Picks - Letter

Another Tuesday, another Weekly Word Picks feature! :) Today I asked a totally clueless coworker for a random word, and him, being engrossed in his work, gave me a letter instead! So I told him, I wanted a word, not a letter! And what word he finally suggested?
